Return Policy:
Our return policy is simple: yarn can be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. The original label must be intact; yarn that was shipped in hank form and then was subsequently wound into a ball cannot be returned. We can exchange the item, credit your card or provide an in-store credit. We will not, however, be able to refund your shipping costs unless we have made an error on your order which prompted the return. Closeout items, books, patterns, tools & accessories cannot be returned.
Shipping:
Standard shipping within the U.S. is as follows:
- For orders up to $5, shipping is $2.50
- For orders $5 - $25, shipping is $5.00
- For orders above $25, shipping is FREE.
- For international orders, actual shipping charges will apply.
We use USPS Priority Mail for all domestic and international orders. |
