Marin Fiber Arts is the brain child of Warren Agee, lifelong dreamer, artist and entrepeneur. Before life as a yarn store owner Warren studied architecture, computer science, jewelry making, photography, and all manners of fiber arts including knitting, crochet, and kumihimo. A rabid knitter for 18 years and crocheting for even longer, Warren always had the dream of opening some sort of boutique, and in 2005 his dream came true. Abandoning a lucrative career in web programming, he gathered together all of his savings and opened Marin Fiber Arts in downtown San Rafael, CA where he can surround himself with the stuff he obsesses about most: yarn.
